1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or not functioning properly.
  • The wrong product or incorrect model has been delivered.
  • Essential parts or accessories are missing from the package.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
  • Ensure the product has not been installed, used, modified, or damaged by improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or physically damaged after delivery.
  • Damage caused due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, power fluctuations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with photos/videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Damaged product
    • Defect (if applicable)
  3. Our technical team will review the request.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

4. Replacement Policy

Eligible products will be replaced when:

  • Manufacturing defects are confirmed.
  • Transit damage is verified.
  • Incorrect product has been delivered.

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same model is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An equivalent replacement product, or
  • A full refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • Via bank transfer where applicable.

Refund processing time is generally 5–10 business days after approval. The actual credit may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under this policy.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong product delivered

BariAir.in will bear the return shipping charges.

If the return request does not qualify under this policy, shipping charges (if any) will be the customer's responsibility.

8. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection by our technical team before approval of replacement or refund.

If the returned product is found to be:

  • Used
  • Physically damaged by the customer
  • Incomplete
  • Tampered with

The return request may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Fire or electrical surge damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product.
